Through three quarters of (in)action against Sevilla, one of Europe’s best power forwards hadn’t managed a field goal and his team was trailing big.  Then suddenly, something clicked.  He looked angrier, played harder, but it was just too late as Unicaja’s furious fourth quarter comeback fell short.

We talked to a frustrated Freeland after the game about why he’s been spending so much time on the perimeter, his outlook for the London Olympics and the tug-of-war between Unicaja and the Portland Trailblazers for his services.

Thanks to Jonathan Givony of DraftExpress for asking a couple tough questions toward the end.
