As a Besiktas fan, I think you guys definitely underrated our team. Yes, the team was completely revamped, but we have one of the best coaches in Europe in Erman Kunter, and this is showing. Watching the performance against Bamberg makes me a believer that this team has a chance to get to the playoffs at the very least.
I agree TC, we vastly underrated Besiktas. That’s the problem with predictions sometimes, you can look at all the different parts on paper but it’s really hard to predict how they’ll do together. Besiktas is playing team ball and Kunter is hitting all the right buttons. Anyone that can reel in Curtis Jerrells like this and change his decision making so dramatically is a true coaching wizard. Playoffs will be tough but possible.
