Rob ScottThe EuroLeague season is nearly upon us and it’s time to get our measuring sticks and take-o-meters and put all 16 clubs into the tiers we expect them to shake out into - at least before the first tip-off, pull-up three or Lamonica travel call has risen us from our seats.
