Like most Sunday afternoon games, this ACB game between Joventut and Lagun Aro started a little lazily. Only the visitors would snap out of the funk to emerge victorious, as Lagun Aro saddled up and rode Jimmy Baron’s 26 and Andy Panko’s 28 to a 93-70 victory over the hosts.
It’s the sort of two-headed attack that Joventut’s never been able to muster, and it’s why even at 3-8, ELA thinks Lagun Aro has a playoff push in their back pocket.
Playoffs?! Yes. Playoffs.
